 1.How long can I receive my new packages?

A: When we get the payment, we will arrange your order soon, we will send you goods in 24 hours, and we will inform you! The delivery usually takes 3-6 days to your door.


2. Can I exchange the package if I am not satisfied with items.

A: Yes, if you are not happy with the items you can contact us for an exchange. We will arrange the exchange or refund for you when we get the return.

 
3. If there is something wrong with quality and I want to refund, what should I do?

A: If something wrong with our goods or destroyed on the way shipping you can contact us and send the item back to us, when we get the return, we will arrange the refund soon.


4. Do you offer promotions?

5. Can I cancel the order?

A: You can cancel the order only before we send out the goods. If you want to cancel the order after the shipment, we can not get the package back to us, it will be a loss for us.
